What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to bookings and housekeeping.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties and require prior written approval. Pets must not be left unattended, are not permitted on furnishings or in bedrooms, and property-specific rules also apply. Read the full Pet Terms and Conditions →
What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
For a direct booking, the full-refund deadline is 4:59 pm (Property local time) 60 days before arrival if any booked night falls in Peak Season (18 December to 31 January), and 30 days before arrival otherwise. A $150 Cancellation Fee and the non-refundable Booking Fee are deducted from a cancellation received by that deadline. After the deadline, 50% of the Accommodation Fee is payable and no Cancellation Fee applies. If all cancelled nights are rebooked at the same or greater net Accommodation Fee, the $150 Cancellation Fee is refunded. Third-party bookings follow the cancellation policy accepted on that platform. Read the full Booking Terms for the complete conditions.
How do direct bookings work?
Guests are welcome to book securely online or call us on (02) 4473 9253, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right property. A 51% deposit confirms the booking, with the remaining 49% due 30 days before check-in. Bookings made within 30 days require payment in full. The Booking Guest must complete the Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form within 24 hours of booking confirmation and provide the required photo ID. For bookings made less than 24 hours before check-in, it must be completed immediately and before access information is released. Check-in instructions and property details are sent before arrival. By prior arrangement, we’re happy to meet you at the property, or you may choose convenient self check-in.
