VIP Guest Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The VIP Guest Program is open to returning guests who have previously stayed at one of our properties and left the accommodation in good condition. Membership is granted at the discretion of Book Tuross Head by Lyne Gatty Real Estate, and we reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at any time.
2. Discounts and Offers: VIP members receive access to exclusive discounts on future bookings. Discount rates may vary and are not combinable with any other promotions or offers unless specified. The special 15% discount applies to the first 5 new members who join the VIP Guest Program & excludes the December / January peak season. All discounts are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
3. Complimentary Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are offered complimentary to VIP members, subject to property availability and future guest bookings. This benefit is not guaranteed and will be confirmed closer to your stay date.
4. Instant Booking and Payment: VIP members can instantly confirm and pay for accommodation through our dedicated VIP portal. Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of the selected property at the time of payment.
5. Membership: By signing up for the VIP Guest Program, members agree to provide accurate and current contact information. Membership is free, and members can unsubscribe at any time.
6. General: Book Tuross Head by Lyne Gatty Real Estate reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Guest Program, including its terms, conditions, and benefits, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to members where applicable.
