The Space
With polished timber flooring, the living space flows easily to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher.
Large rear deck, fully covered with outdoor dining, gas bbq & comfy sofas
All 3 have bedrooms have ceiling fans a small television set installed. The house is serviced by a family bathroom with a
walk in shower + separate toilet. There is a second toilet located in the laundry.
The Neighborhood
From Sonny's, you can take an easy level 250m walk along the pathway direct to the village shops to grab a coffee then stroll a further 100m to the beach!
The local park/playground is also located adjacent to the shopping centre - with modern play equipment.
One Tree Beach located at the Southern end of Tuross Blvd (about a 5 min walk) is patrolled over the summer season.

• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 6 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may lapse. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact us prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Pets- Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
Security Deposit. A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Sonnys @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; Excludes airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 2 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Sonnys.
