On the upper level is a well equipped open plan kitchen with electric cooking & dishwasher, dining & living area which adjoins a spacious wrap-around sun deck with covered bbq area. Outdoor furniture, umbrellas & a gas barbecue are provided for alfresco meals.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with good quality queen beds, the second bedroom also has a single bed. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom with shower recess & vanity, with a separate WC.
On the ground level is a third sleeping area with three children's bunk beds & one single bed, bathroom with shower & WC plus kitchenette & laundry facilities. The ground floor living area has comfy seating and a television. For convenience a 2nd fridge is located in this area.
Reverse cycle air conditioning is installed on both levels. Sorry, no pets please.
Off-street car & boat parking is available with a fenced & gated back garden area. This holiday home is sure to become a firm favourite with families & couples alike.
Allenby Road is a beautiful Norfolk Pink lined residential street which backs the country club / colf course along the Northern side. The local country club is located just around the corner to the left on Monash Avenue and the beach is just down the street! Cycleway / walkway along beachfront to the shops.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit. A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Sandy Shores Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 9 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Please note; Sandy Shores has motion detection security cameras at the front, left hand side and rear which operates day and night. The cameras captures the front stairs, rear stairs and rear gate - external only - video & audio.
