On the top level, the open plan kitchen and dining area comes equipped with everything you might need. The living area adjoins the rear deck, where there is an extendable sun awning. There are three bedrooms on this floor (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a single bed + single trundle bed). In addition, there is a bathroom complete with bath and shower recess, as well as a separate WC.

The lower level offers two more bedrooms (both with queen beds and one also with a single bed), another sitting area, and another bathroom with WC. This level also houses the laundry room, which comes complete with a washing machine and dryer.

At the rear of the property, you'll find a second sun deck complete with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, and shade umbrella. The level back garden area is fully fenced and gated, making it perfect for kids. Off street parking is available for your car or boat. Unfortunately, the garage is not available to guests. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms -  

Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. 

Pets - Not permitted

Security Deposit   -  A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Hawks Retreat. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers  must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
