The Space

Extra height ceilings, the warmth of gorgeous timber flooring, a wood fire for cozy winter evenings & a simple fit-out are a nod to the classic 'beach house' vibe.


With no internal steps, the open plan living area with glass stacker doors open to seamlessly blend the indoors with the large north-facing rear deck. The fully equipped kitchen with ocean views, dishwasher, large fridge plus 2nd bar fridge & electric cooking is set to make entertaining on the deck a breeze.


The four bedrooms open to the living area and are serviced by the bathroom with separate wc.


The Neighborhood

Frenchies is located on the 'Beach-Side' Monash Avenue, which is a beautiful tree-lined street with pathways leading both to Tuross Blvd and Birdwood Circle - there is always a pleasant stroll to be had with your furry friend!


With the fantastic cycle/walkway only 100m from the front door, you can take a leisurely, mostly level walk along the oceanfront to the village shops.

Important Details to Note!

• Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings -

• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.

• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 8 Guests.

• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.


Please note;

• The grounds are not fenced. The rear deck is gated. Children & pets will need supervision.

• The driveway is not sealed, during wet weather it may not be possible to park all the way down at the cottage -  There is only a gentle slope to the grounds. (we have not had any issues)

• There is a large-sized pet crate which is located in the open plan living area, available to pets who may wish to use it! If the crate is not required, it may be moved to the deck, but please do keep it under cover (we are happy to move, please ask).


Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms;  Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and  conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. 


Pets -  Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc.  Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.


Security Deposit. A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Frenchies Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 


Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests. 


A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
