Lotties @ Tuross Head is an ideal base to call home while exploring everything the South Coast has to offer.  The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an electric oven & cooktop, dishwasher, all utensils, pots & pans.

All rooms are located upstairs with just the garage & laundry on the ground floor.

The three bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans & block out blinds. The master enjoys a queen-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst the third bedroom has 2x king single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a luxury bath tub.

The laundry is equipped with both a washer & dryer. There is ample off street paved parking for multiple vehicles plus a single garage space available for guest use.

Lotties @ Tuross Head is located in Grenville Avenue which is the street running opposite the village shops (accessable from both Hawkins & Evans Road). 

Aprox 320m walk to the village shops and a futher 200m to the beach sand!

Security Deposit

A refundable guest security deposit of $300 is required, held through a pre-authorization on your card. It is placed 24 hours before arrival and released within 48 hours of departure, unless needed to cover damages.

Pets are NOT permitted @ Lotties. We have a wide selction of pet friendly properties - please ask us for details. 

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. Please complete this form within 24 hours of booking acceptance to avoid cancellation. This form includes reading and accepting the terms and conditions and providing valid photo ID. Feel free to contact us with any queries before booking.

Guest Numbers

The number of guests must not exceed the booking's stated occupancy. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 people, including adults and children. Additional fees may apply for more than 4 guests.

Large Group Bookings and Parties

We do not accept large group bookings, parties, or events without prior written approval. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

What to bring

• Personal Toiletries (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Razor, etc.)

• Beach Towels

Please Note:

We provide bed linens, pillows, and blankets.

There will be a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, handwash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, cling wrap, and foil.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cups, plates, utensils, pots, and pans.

• Booking Fee: There is a booking fee of $55. This fee is non-refundable in the event of guest cancelation. 

• Minimum 7-Night Stay (Peak Season): During peak seasons, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

• Lotties @ Tuross Head is a non-smoking property.

Standard Season:

• Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.

Peak Season:

• For peak season bookings, including 15th December to 31st of January, cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Peak season bookings canceled less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, unless the booking is successfully rebooked.
• The booking fee is non-refundable.

Rebooking:

If a canceled booking is rebooked for the same dates, the guest may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the property owner's discretion.

We recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in their travel plans.
